You can use the following information to configure many email clients which are POP and SMTP capable, such as Pocket Outlook.
- Incoming Mail (POP3) Server - requires SSL: pop.gmail.com:995
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 995 - Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - requires TLS: ? smtp.gmail.com:465 (use authentication - see below)
Use Authentication: Yes
Use STARTTLS: Yes (some clients call this SSL - see below)
Port: 465 or 587 - Account Name: your ccim.net username (including @ccim.net)
- Email Address: your full ccim.net email address (username@ccim.net)
- Password: your ccim.net password
- The "Requires SSL connection" and "Outgoing mail requires authentication" check boxes on page (2/3) under the "Options" tab must be selected.
- Please note that if your client does not support SMTP authentication, you won't be able to send mail through your client using your ccim.net address.
